I can't find any usefull info for setting Bwk masternode, on win... Any help ?

What do you have in mind? A single wallet instead of remote/controller setup? With a static IP and the full collateral in the masternode wallet?
It is possible of course, but you really shouldn't want to set it up this way.
Do you already have the collateral and the machine with a static IP?
