No, of course not. It is like a person that needs to take a rest before going to start to move again. You just have to learn how to wait for the perfect time.
I can say that 2018 will make bitcoin reach another record just like 2017 since bitcoin's popularity keep increasing from time to time.
As for now bitcoin is on downtrend but just hold it guys or regret later
