Don't ISIS only exist because of the USD reserves stolen from the Iraq and Mosul Central Banks? How do people feel about using USD when that's primarily what ISIS buys it's weapons with currently?

IMHO the currency terrorists groups use is irrelevant. It's the whole initiation of force thing I'm put off by. If they even are initiating the force, I'm sure that's debatable.
