it would have been so much better if you added some sort of reference for these, preferably include the name of the coin too. for example (your list is lacking this by the way) India has started working on their own coin called "Lakshmi".

With UK being such a crypto-friendly country, I'm surprised the Bank of England, isn't on the list. Why is this?

being crypto-friendly doesn't necessarily mean they are going to create a centralized altcoin.
