Amazing, country with over 2500 hours of sunshine annually and coastline with constant wind has the 3rd most expensive electricity costs to consumer in Europe 
Italians Do It Better
BTW, energy from sun it's not always cheap...
And also, electricity in Italy it's not expensive because of the cost of the production but taxes are high....
