All are outward transfers going to public sale smart contract address so I am guessing it's a parent address that holds reserves and private sale (not yet distributed)

I haven't seen a noob dig that deep so either you are extremely good at observation or really trying hard to FUD?  Whatever maybe the reason, FUD makes strong HODL. After all Jamie "fraud" Dimon has taught us that FUD is good.
