Hi. I have a strange problem during the last month:
I use blockchain web wallet. About a month ago i began to be unable to send btc: the sending form was in eternal refresh mode (there is no field to put a btc address). The only thing support advised was to clear cookies.
Now when i login i see a 0 balance and no transactions in my wallet history!! Support simply ignores my requests on that matter. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
Blockchain have lot of issues like this but don't worry your coins are safe maybe this is just problem of accessing into your account.You just use google chrome browser which I have been using for accessing blockchain.info wallet and it will ask for authorization.Sometime you just have to copy the code which you have received on your wallet rather than just click authorize on your wallet.Then you may see your bitcoins on your wallet.Never use blockchain mobile app for transaction there are lot of issues coming up for the users who is using mobile app.Hi. If you still can't find your bitcoins then contact the support team but it needs some weeks for their response.
