What happened:I am having a pending withdrawal of about $5800 since January 2nd. No progress made, no human response from support, no response here, on Reddit or Trustpilot. I have sent two tickets to support, firstly curious about the delay, secondly to ask if they would be able to cancel the withdrawal and credit it back to my available funds, since I need it for trading and paying off debt, which is now delayed.

It is hard to believe the argument that their finance department does not have 3 minutes, over the course of several days, to either send or cancel my pending withdrawal. Not to mention the $50 commission for bank withdrawals.

https://imgur.com/a/Ez30MAdditional Notes: Incase of no response/no progress: I may be forced to report CEX.IO to various anti-fraud authorities and attempt claiming my funds through European e-Justice. Lastly I would like to mention that there had been no problems with CEX up until this point, not for me atleast.
Update (12-1-18): I am slightly more optimistic about the case due to an increase in activity, responses, etc. from CEX.
As concerns the BTC transations, they are already properly working, and most were already resent with the higher fees. As for the other transactions, we still experience the high load, so they take longer than we want them to do.
