Quitting smoking needs dedication especially once your body is used to having daily dose of nicotine. You started smoking for stress reliever to such point that it has become an addiction, that's why in order to stop, you have to will it. One thing that will inspire you to quit smoking is valuing your life, that's how I quit smoking.
