Current B3 price is 1 satoshi . if you covert 1000 B3 for one KB3 you are simply paying 1000 satoshi for one KB3. but the current KB3 price is 635 satoshi. we have to exchange B3 for unfavorable rate. 
This is correct.
At the current rate of 616 sats for kb3, it equals paying 0.6sats for b3. That's 61% of 1sat!!!
If you believe the current B3 price is 1 satoshi, why don't you sell your B3 for 1 satoshi, and buy kB3 for your profits?
It's only worth 1 satoshi if it has buyers...
