Current B3 price is 1 satoshi . if you covert 1000 B3 for one KB3 you are simply paying 1000 satoshi for one KB3. but the current KB3 price is 635 satoshi. we have to exchange B3 for unfavorable rate. 
DEV - the investor has a point. I'm curious to know the answer as we all are.
