Apparently they are looking to restructure and call them IBOs (intial bounty offerings) that would be quite comical. True because that does occur but funny because I think that would be to get the ICO name out the mud. I am not excited for ICOs in 2018 especially when companies like Telegram are beginning to make them. Please if I wanted to own a "gram" I would get some green stuff .
