if you've still got your ETH available then trade to another Alt and send via their blockchain to another exchange (Binance preferably) and trade back to ETH - withdraw.  Fees taken into account of course. Don't trade to LTC withdraw problem at coinexchange.io which i'm currently stuck in the middle of. Best of Luck out there!
