SUB1X is an ultra low supply, community driven cryptocurrency. It started off as an ERC-20 token, with over 80% of the supply being distributed in the form of an airdrop. In order to achieve its long term ambitions, the development team decided that creating a dedicated masternode compatible SUB1X chain was the best method forward.
All holders with the ERC-20 version of SUB1X will need to swap their tokens. The swap will be conducted manually on the SUB1X website and lasts for 1 month: 8th December 0:00 GMT to 8th January 0:00 GMT. To promote FOMO, increase demand and reward MN holders a 250 node limit has been set. Consequently, there will never be more than 50% of the supply locked into nodes at any given time.
All nodes were reserved on a first come, first served basis. In the situation that one node is sold, an opportunity will arise for another user to reserve that spot. So far 120 nodes have been reserved from the swap, meaning only 130 can be claimed from the exchange.
You check the amount of active nodes on the network by referring to a masternode ranking site, or by checking through your wallet: (→ Tools → Information). Alternatively, you can type in debug console masternode lists and it will give you a list of connections running on the network.
If you try to setup a node past the 250 limit, an error message will appear preventing you from enabling it.
Translation For translating the ANN into one of the languages below, you will be eligible for 5-7 SUB1X coins depending on the quality of translation. Reserve your language by stating so on the ANN. Once finished, PM the official SUB1X developer account with your published translation.
