Any new exchange is going to have teething problems. It can't be a scam if they've actually created an entire exchange and are actively adding coins. Probably just scaling issues with support etc 
Maybe some of the time will be better, but the attitude of the team is more important, so many misunderstandings, or the need for the author to appease everyone's emotions, continued negative in the community is not a good thing, maybe more time will be better, but the team's attitude is more Important, so much misunderstanding, or the need for authors to appease everyone's emotions, the continuing negative in the community is not a good thing
