First you are in a topic about withdraw/deposit disabled, and your problem is verify account disabled.
Second, i suggest you to go primarily in the official kraken topic where the support come often by septimus to help customer :

They say that verify account is disabled so it's a normal situation for few time.
Just wait a little and verify account will come back up.
