Here's my take - bankers,big business and their poodles, the politicians, do not want us, the people to have financial independance. It's pretty plain to see that fiat currencies will collapse sooner or later. What the 'whales' are doing now is driving crypto dowm and then hoovering them up at a profit. They know that bitcoin and the like will become world currencies in a few years time and they are not going to allow 'little people' to hold any of significance. I shall hang on in. I am convinced over the long term that crypto is the future and I am happy to keep some reserves outside fiat.
