I personally  dont like ripple because its centralized. Its easy for governments and corporations to control...thats why they like it so much. Its the old school way of thought. They see it as the status quo in new technology, but for me the real disrupters are decentralized networks. Sure there are growing pains, fights among devs, 51% attacks, and other issues, but decentralization is the future in my book.

There is no black or white though, ripple is solid and isnt going away, its just not my bet.
