Except plans for a number of "apps" what Dimcoin has that is unique? They got $15.000.000 for a concept that was unique or had some leverage? Not that needed even these days to collect money, but there is anything about Dimcoin to except long term?

Oh I missed out on that information. Did they really collect $15.000.000? I mean then they could have achieved to get listed on another exchange for sure.
