I can see the transaction and amount in blockchain explorer (using my private view key), but it just won't show up in my CLI wallet for some reason...

use block explorer to see movement of your coins, I hope you know wallet address?

Hm, which "movement"? There shouldn't be any movement since this is a withdrawal from the pool to my personal address only... I do know my wallet address, the transaction was made to correct address, I can see all the details of it in chain explorer as I said earlier...

I had the same problem then I followed the step mentioned in the post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2353282.msg25659192#msg25659192 to restore the wallet which fixed the issue and I got my balance.

execute electroneumd.exe and wait to completely sync before performing these steps.

Make sure you have a backup of your wallet file and key file.
Remember, you must have your seed words to restore your wallet
