Bitcoin can beat gold but bitcoin is not like gold, because gold is shaped and one of nature's wealth and lucky if in your country there is a gold mine that will never run out until whenever and gold price will be stable at high prices even though bitcoin beat gold price . but bitcoin exists in this world only recently and we do not know yet and can predict future bitcoin prices even though we always predict bitcoin prices are always increasing but that's not necessarily right with our prediction, bitcoin is not formed and is not real like gold so I think gold will still excel the price even though there is a beat I think it will not last long.
