I think bitcoin will never ban because it is digital currency and it adopted by so many people's bitcoin is very important. And now one team is trying to make bitcoin as legal. It may legalized then it's very good news for us.
Nope there is no news like they are making BTC legal in India, and more on that they are trying to put a tax for bitcoin users this year. if everything went fine they will charge 30% tax on bitcoin users. This is not good for BTC users.
