I recently purchased some Spectre Coin at LiveCoin.  I submitted a withdrawal without noticing the wallet was offline.  Now those funds show under my total, but not in available or on the withdrawal page.  I have looked at the Transaction History, and nothing shows there for my withdrawal.  I have submitted a ticket, but haven't received any help.  Any guidance would be appreciated.
