I don't understand why you are risking your bitcoin with the decision taken by the Chinese government. And the decision has not been approved by the Chinese government now. Exactly, cryptocurrency will exist without China, I'm sure for that.
So, you should have to hodl your coin, and if you don't have money fiat you can exchange some your bitcoin. Wait by next month the price will be increase again.
