I actually don't have many theories, but do have multiple simultaneous hypothesis for almost everything.  Again, in the case of Bitcoin-Central, it is at this point completely possible that Boussac-n-co cleaned up to the tune of millions of USD by 'borrowing' our funds while the value fell by half or so.  As always I welcome any solid information which can either lend strength or argue against this hypothesis.  So far Bitcoin-Central has not seen fit to produce much by way of verifiable information, but things are still in flux to it is currently understandable.

How do I put this... You've been paid, in full. Yet you keep questioning us, making half-assed theories without ever accusing us directly. You don't need to be a frenchman to see how that's extremely rude and inconsiderate. You also seem to expect us to provide you with some sort of additionnal information, I'm unsure about what makes you feel entitled to such a thing.

You have every right to be paranoid, but this is not the place for it.
If you are happy about the way we handled things feel free to express it here.
If you're unhappy about it, or have complaints, express them here, or privately, whichever you prefer.
If you have questions feel free, if you have suggestions, feel free.
Now, if you have conspiracy theories either go make a proper scam accusations thread, or go make a my-conspiracy-theories one and see what happens.

TL;DR : Please take your rude and off-topic bullshit elsewhere (and that one's for you too Phinnaeus).

TL;DR:  Dude!  Chill.  The honest truth is that I am trying to help a brother out here.

LV (Longer Version):

You seem to be trying to run an international effort based on the sensibilities of the French.  I'm telling you that in many parts of the world you attitude is not at all appreciated.  I think that if you eventually manage to grok this you will probably have more success in your business efforts.

I think that a lot of people share my perception that in business and in other fields, the French tend to be a bit snotty and defensive.  And often fairly unreliable to say the honest truth.  I find it highly admirable that Asiana who recently wreaked a passenger jet as SFO came out with a sincere apology and were appropriately conciliatory.  Most importantly they did not deny their mistakes but rather outlined procedural changes in a transparent manner to make them less likely going forward.  Generally speaking an organization who will demonstrate an attitude of treating their customers as peers and part of the team in making things better will appeal to a large segment of humanity.  Those who are defensive and opaque will not.  The French may get away with this attitude if they tended to create things which were one of cheap or reliable and solid, but that does not seem to be a strong point of theirs...and the results speak for themselves on the world stage.

I have the mind of a scientist.  I've simply presented some possibilities which have the power to explain some observations which remain mysterious.  Being able to analyze all potential hypothesis without discarding any as being 'rude' or 'politically incorrect' or 'unorthodox' is what gives the scientific method it's amazing power to explain our environment.  Nothing personal.  Indeed, I've presented alternate hypotheses, observations which argue against the one which paints Bitcoin-Central as scammers, and my personal view that the 'incompetence' hypothesis is the strongest.  (That is, lacking the competence to mollify your negatively effected customer base.)  I've also defended many of your actions based on arguments of timing and tactics, and characterized your reconciliation strategy and execution as very good.

As I've already said, this is not about the money to me.  I had only a small fraction of my BTC at risk with Instawallet since I always considered it unreliable and was always prepared to walk away from my funds.  I'm glad to have it back, so if I've not already thanked you, 'thanks.'  At this point it is more about my genuinely desire to see you guys succeed if, for no other reason, we need more successful participants in the space you are trying to operate.  Unfortunately you guys are showing every indication of retreating further into your shell of denial and defensiveness.  So, your pool of customers is likely to be drawn mostly from those who are new and ignorant of Bitcoin history.
