I think you've heard the expression, "What goes up must come down"
Take a look at MA20 over the last year or so.
Bitcoin got a little ahead of itself because hype.  Now it comes back down a little.  Then it goes up again.  Kapeesh?

As bitcoin goes through these ups and downs, it drags other coins like XMR with it.
You have to see past the fluctuations to the longer term.
