On my part i think its kinda crowded, on my experience joining pn differen groups specially on telegram i find it hard to communicate if you were too many in a group where different topic are being open, different questions are being ask at the same time, we can't acoid spammers who spammed messages. For the once investors looking for a best ICO to invest with, using this kind of tactics is kinda risky to both party specially for the investors.
