that guy is just joking, guys. If he isn't he is probably the dumbest idiot I've ever seen. I'd never sell something expensive and vital that I have (house, car, garage, boat) for bitcoins. Crypto may lose its price in a couple of days or weeks. Real estate can hardly lose its price over the years.
