Already we see potential in Arcblock but their hardcap is too high, but it completely depend on their marketing how they produce about it to the public. Lastly we have seen Envion raised 100 million dollar, because they built lot of trust in the market.
Arcblock's hardcup is too high? For a blockchain 3.0 project, 45 million is acceptable in my opinion. Compare ArcBlock to other blockchain 3.0 projects, it's not an absolute bargain, but this hardcap should not prevent you from investing in it.
