I can confirm this, although I personally am still hoping they'll deliver, albeit very late so we don't have to go through the trouble of subpoenaing their domain registrar etc.

Don't trust these guys. If they do eventually deliver I'll be happy to issue a retraction but for now it seems to be a total scam
