Why do you think people have suicidal thoughts? Is it reasonable to result to potentially killing oneself to be able to remove the pain a person is suffering from? I think problems and hardships are some causes of suicidal thoughts. Having weak faith and nobody to share all the burdens in life would just make things hard and may cause a deeper level of depression that might lead to suicidal thoughts. These kind of people need encouragement and guidance. Suicide is a serious case and we must do something about it.
That's basically it. People get depressed and they're not emotionally stable to handle depression plus no support from friends and family so they lose the will to live and find an easy way out. The feeling of being alone adds a whole deal to a person having depression. Its a serious matter.
