Please note that hash rate estimation is purely experimental. There is no way to tell miner's exact speed from the official pool daemon right now. Maybe I will hide this reading in the meantime as to not confuse people.

These are live raw values outputted by the official pool daemon, the pool website doesn't process them in any way while displaying. Has your miner status changed from active to something else when this happened? Haven't you received your reward, did you check back later? Also please make sure you check your balance on your miner directly if you want live stats right after getting paid. Balance shown on pool in miners section updates only each 4 hours (as mentioned in the tooltip on table header). It is meant so that you can login twice a day, and check how your miners are doing, for a quick overview, not as a display of real-time wallet balances.
