I don't know either if to trust it or not (that's how I found this thread) but well, it's a new Exchange which makes the effort to build/be a DEX / decentralized Exchange - which is, in my opinion the future alternative to centralized Exchanges.
The main thread here on BitCoinTalk is the section for BridgeCoin, their internal Coin (as Bitshares is for their DEX) - it is basically built on BitShares:
