I tested and right now it seems to work fine here, no message like your is displayed to me. Surely an error in the system. The website starts to be a bit slow, too many people logged in I guess, I hope we don't go back to December lol
Yeah, weird. I don't think I've ever really had an issue with withdrawals before just trades. Are you sure it works for you though? I can make the attempted withdrawal but it fails on the last/step confirm page and doesn't go through. Hopefully their support will chime in on here soon. If anyone does get one to go through though please let us know.
I am still looking at FAILED and PENDING wires. Nothing has come through to my bank. I am tier 4, not over my limit. Fears start dancing around that can become self-fulfilling regarding liquidity of Kraken, which we have no insight into. Liquidity fears can turn into liquidity realities if they get out of hand.
I've already attempted to accelerate my original support request through submitting the form so often quoted on this site.
I think it is time for Kraken team to help assuage our nerves, or at least tell us if our concerns about liquidity are real, but manageable over a week or so.
I think people panic too easily, but I guess there is always the chance of that one time when something catastrophic does happen (gox etc). I was hoping issues would be resolved with the upgrade but if problems persist people should just take their custom elsewhere. Exchanges are always convenient but I'll probably just start trying to sell my coins for cash or direct bank transfer soon because I've never used one that is free from issues and the fees are never nice
