That's exactly what i am doing. i first open a ticket and allow 24 hours to pass then i place a call to them trying to illicit more responses in order to get more information. I also go to their twitter feed and demand to know what happened to my XRP deposited on the 4th of January.
We should get a list of people who are going through the same thing and make a unified voice.
