So, does it means that if I dont find a block, I dont get any payout for the blocks that I didn't find but I helped to mine? That's utterly BS.

Ckpool owner is getting rich.. Before you make those types of comments, do your research and understand what you are doing. With your limited hashrate, it will take forever to reach the minimum payout level at any pool. I have a antminer S5 and its not worth running at a regular pool....
