However, as you know, GPUs also have PCIe power inputs. Is there any problem if I connect the MOLEX power outputs of the power supplies to the GPUs with a converter cable like below?

Don't do this, this is a very bad idea, Peripherals/molex/Sata has different wire gauge specifically design for low wattage around 75watts max compared to PCI-e cables specifically designed for GPU, agreed also with the posted above me, go acquire a decent PSU to maximize and protect your investment including your house for burning.
