Yeah you are bang on, nothing stops people from placing and replacing those orders but the thing is people want those coins and those orders will never stopped begin place. It would be insane if they took our money regardless of whether they offered the service or not. That is like you placing yourself in queue for a haircut then deciding I don't want a haircut and the barber then says you have to pay $1 for the queue, you would be incensed. Same deal here it simply will never happen you are protected, and after all they want your money eventually pissing you off would accomplish nothing .
