We launched a new backend today that requires clients to log in and provide more information before they can pay bills. It also requires all payees to be submitted and verified before you will be allowed to pay to them. The reason for this is in order to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations.

You are correct, the phone number is a google voice number for the time being as we HARDLY ever recieve any calls on it at all and it was an easy way to save some money.
