I personally missed this opportunity because of bitcoin network. its been almost three days now my transaction isn't getting confirmed yet! i had sent transaction on 16 jan (7 am) but it's still not confirming!
Do you mean that you try to send bitcoin to exchanger and want to buy altcoin in the dip?
I dont think that you miss the opportunity. Still big chance if you want to buy now. I will buy waves and etherium if i have more fund.
