Why cryptopia don't answer? I don't understand it. The price for listing is so high and don't give answer 2 weeks. 
Other coins have the same problems with cryptopia. For example Lizus.
They are splitting their exchange into different sites to reduce the load all the new users are placing on the original site. They probably prioritised all the work needed for that change, and will list new coins after it's completed.
