The question is flawed, absolutely everything is possible, what you need to ask if it is probable and the answer to that is a no, not even when bitcoin was 20k I thought we were going to see such a high price of bitcoin, but at the end no one knows exactly what it is going to happen, I think a more measured growth to 30k is a lot more likely and does not require bitcoin to grow many times mover the previous all time high.

Agreed. This is not a question of probability, but rather should be a question of realistic chances. I think Bitcoin realistically should not be able to hit 100k this year. I think ico's are creating a lot more market interest by bringing new coins. People have more options to invest in than ever before when it comes to crypto, and since they likely put their money in trying to get rich quick, they generally don't put all their investments into a single solid coin like Bitcoin or ethereum.

I think we should first consider whether or not bitcoin will hit 50k or 5k later this year. That would be the first and main step before 100k.
