Etherdelta supports the Ledger Nano S, if you have one (you should) it's not a problem to use Etherdelta in my opinion.

In my opinion, if you have more than a few 100$ in Cryptos, you should buy a hardware wallet. It's much more secure because you never need to enter your private key on a website or wallet. Even if your computer is compromised, you don't need to worry with a Ledger/Trezor. Just my recommondation.
