Do you have any proof to your claims. Are you really sure they all shut down? I think we do not need o be excessively panicked. BTC and the cryptocurrency world will be back with a bang when the air settles. In as much as some govts are making negative decisions towards BTC, lots more are coming on board. So please let's all be calm
Why donot you go to any of the exchanges i mentioned any try a new registration and buy some bits yourself ,you will find out the truth.Its that simple.
