3. If you have ever left an e-mail address on the Datum official website
https://Datum.Org and have been receiving newsletters from us:
Please utilize this same e-mail address that you signed up on the Datum website to create your web App account.
4. If you have never left an e-mail address on the Datum official website, please utilize the same e-mail address that you use to log in to your gleam.io account.
I did all that but I'm still getting constant "network error" messages when I try to log in or do pretty much any account related thing. Unable to get my airdrop tokens. This shouldn't be such a hassle.
I seem to have no problem having my email spammed with newletters constantly though, glad that portion is working ok...
Please try the following:
1. Switch your browser to desktop mode if you are accessing it on mobile.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Log into the Web App
https://webapp.datum.org4. Input your phone number with "+" and international code e.g. +99.....9 if the phone number confirmation not yet completed.
I'd also recommend you trying another ISP that you have access to.
