Since it looks like we survived the major drop in crypto value, now would be the best time to release whitepaper because people feel now its a good time to search for new projects since money will slowly return to crypto.

Recent price decline is indeed was interesting opportunity to new investor to get some coins much cheaper, and now they can select projects to invest in.
