For me, the good choise is a long term trading because with it you have enought time to watch and get some new about the coin you will invest. with long term, you also do not need much time to active trade. That's the way to get your optimal time to trade.
I am not a day trader, so I do not spend a lot of time on the computer, one day I only spend 4 hours on the machine to update information about the coin market.
