Always down..Our Datacenter provider is AlibabaCloud.com, not from any bot hosting sorry, The UP/Online Time from our server and website is 99.99% because is on the cloud.
Try using on cmd: ipconfig /flushdns
And Clear cache and cookies.

Can you guarantee that your VPN clients will at the least be keeping the same IP address for the duration of the VPN session? I have a need for a VPN through which I can test a few of my applications, but it requires that my IP address is not guaranteed to change during testing. This is achievable if your sessions are persistent and the DHCP server does not reassign addresses in the middle of a session. I see no reason why it wouldn't work this way, but it is a must for what I am planning to do with it.
Example: If you select a Miami IP address with the Comcast Xfinity IP address of 0.0.0.0, this IP 0.0.0.0 will not be automatically changed or something until you decide to disconnect from our VPN or select another IP one or it is checked Down or Not Operable.
If you need The Default Socks List ( 0.0.0.0:12345, 1.1.1.1:6789 ), in this case, IP Providers from KerNext is Residential, and not from Datacenter or hosting, you need talk with our Sales Assist to active this plan.
