You might be able to manipulate coins with low market cap that have low buy and sell walls. Since theres not many orders from both sides it is posiblle to jump in with lets say 1k-2k$ and simply time the market and start to do some small pump & dump but the question is here will it be worth it? Because when you start to pump some people might feel it's great to sell at that price so you might even lose money if many start to sell.
