I am extremely upset with Kraken support. January 6, I transferred funds to Binance to purchase Tron. After making the transaction , I checked my status at Binance and it said they did not accept anything but Tron, so I cancelled my order. My account was locked by me so the funds would not be lost. I have gotten auto replies from Kraken every time I e-mail them and nothing but silence. There is no excuse for such poor support. I wish they would contact me and let me know what is happening. I guess that is too much to ask.
